I provide a complete ingredient list in all of my product listings because I know that you care about what goes into your body products and want to know this before you purchase. I do my best to use the gentlest of ingredients so the possibility of a skin irritation or allergic reaction is slim, but it is still a possibility. Please do not use my products if you are allergic to any of the ingredients listed. If you experience any abnormal reactions, please discontinue use and consult a medical professional. By placing an order, you agree that I will not be held responsible for any allergic reaction, skin sensitivity and/or irritation, or misuse of my products. Shipping & Handling
All orders will be processed in 1-2 business days.
Body Scentuality currently only ships to the USA and Canada. However, I am more than willing to ship to other countries, we just have to work out shipping on a per order basis. Please email me for details at bodyscentuality_gmail.com.
Body Scentuality ships all packages via either USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on weight. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail unless prior arrangements are made. International orders weighing over 4 pounds are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail.
Notice to International Customers: Due to issues with packages being lost/held up in customs, etc., I can't guarantee a specific delivery time. Typically, shipping takes between 6-10 business days.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages: By placing an order, you agree that Body Scentuality cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. This is why I recommend that you purchase insurance because it gives you the added protection to seek recourse with the carrier should this happen.
If you would like to add insurance to your order, please refer to pages 8-10 in the Shop section.
Buyer assumes the risk of loss and/or damage by not opting for insurance.
Returns & Exchanges
Body Scentuality is committed to offering its customers the best bath & body products available. Due to the personal nature of bath and skin products, I do not accept returns or offer exchanges. If there is a problem with your product, please send me a message and I will do my very best to offer a solution.
